There was an article in Bon Appetit a while back titled “There is No Love Like Cast-Iron Pan Love” and that is the truth. Like the Tentsile Hammocks and Tents, cast-iron pans are also one of my obsessions.
And the mother of all cast-iron pans resides at LRM (he has a name and it’s William) so please use it, and let me know if you have any favorite meals to make in these skillets! We usually go classic (or maybe basic is more accurate) – frying up bacon, or some beautifully seared steaks; a big vegetable-laden frittata for breakfast – but I’m thinking I’m going to go a full week one of these days making EVERY meal in the cast-iron skillet.
